You can submit articles on what you have been doing in any format, even in the body of an e-mail. We will convert it into a web page. Please tell us which unit, district or division the article is about.

For any event up to 10 pictures can be selected to be put into the photo album. When submitted photos please ensure that the appropriate permissions have been obtained to use the photos, this is not the responsibility of the web team. Please submit photos to the web team e-mail address. Preferably in jpeg format and cut down to 200 pixels wide. (Please think about the size of the pictures before e-mailing, digital pictures can be several Mb).

We also accept documents for our downloadable documents area. These are things that might be of use for other guiders, maybe an activity that went particularly well. Games ideas can also be submitted to our games database.

Any ideas or suggestions for the site are also welcome.
